Fresh:Bro Return & Refund Policy

At Fresh:Bro, we stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience with every order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used for purchase

  • Reason for return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Opened / Used Products

Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us — we genuinely want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened hygiene/personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Products damaged through misuse

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fresh:Bro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We’ll still do our best to help where possible.
